Rangers boss Walter Smith has ruled out making big-money signings this summer and has confirmed every current player is up for sale.
The Ibrox outfit won the SPL last season but even the boost of automatic qualification for the Champions League has not eased the club's financial problems.
And Smith has told fans not to expect expensive arrivals and also admitted he must still be open to offers for any member of his squad.
He told the Sunday Mail: "Every player is susceptible to a bid. I know there's a feelgood factor after winning the double but this doesn't go away.
"We won't be spending a lot on players just because we're in the Champions League. We still have to be prudent."
