Everton may enter Boyd race

Everton are reportedly set to challenge Premier League rivals Birmingham City in the race to land Kris Boyd from Rangers this summer.

Birmingham boss Alex McLeish has a long-standing interest in the forward and tried to lure him to St Andrew's in the past two transfer windows without success.
He is set to attempt to secure his signature once again over the close-season although he may now face stiff competition from Everton boss David Moyes at Goodison Park.
Boyd is out of contract at the end of the season and is known to be keen to try his luck in the Premier League
