Rangers are reported to be showing an interest in the highly-rated Dynamo Kiev striker Artem Milevskiy.
Rangers along with Tottenham and Aston Villa are said to be keeping tabs on the player and his agent Denis Lachter believes it will only be a matter of time before he moves to Britain.
Lachter told sport.co.uk: "Milevskiy's a great player and there is interest in Britain. He and the other attacking players in the Ukraine national team will cause problems for any team in the world. They are not new kids on the block.
"Ukraine football is on the rise, Shakhtar Donetsk and Dynamo Kiev play regularly in the Champions League and both are in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Cup this season."
