Defender completes move

Defender Andy Griffin has completed his move to Reading from Stoke City for what is believed to be a nominal fee.
The 31-year-old right-back has signed a two-year deal at the Madejski Stadium where he spent the second half of last season on loan, and boss Tony Pulis has thanked him for his efforts and wished him well for the future.
He told the club's website: "Andy has been a fantastic servant to this club and nobody should ever underestimate the influential role he played in getting us where we are today as the captain of our promotion-winning team.
"He, more than anyone, knows just how far this club has come since he made his debut back in the days at the Victoria Ground.
"He went to Reading last season in search of regular first team football and it is great credit to his professionalism that he made such a big impact in their revival which has now brought about this excellent opportunity.
"We would like to thank him for his contribution to the club's success and everyone here wishes him all the best in the future."
