Memory worry for striker

Reading, 15:26, October 9, 2008

Reading striker Noel Hunt has revealed he remembers nothing about last Saturday from getting up to going to bed .

The striker suffered concussion when he netted the opener against Burnley after a clash of heads with Clarke Carlisle and he has now revealed just how bad his memory loss was.

The 25-year-old told the Evening Post: "I don't remember any of Saturday at all - getting up in the morning or going to bed, nothing at all.

"I saw the game for the first time on Monday on DVD, and it was such a strange feeling - seeing myself playing in a game and scoring a good goal without having any recollection of it whatsoever."
