Midfielder happy to stay

Reading, 12:06, October 28, 2009

Reading's Czech Republic international Marek Matejovsky has denied that he is unhappy and is looking to get away from the club.

Matejovsky has found first team opportunities difficult to come by since Brendan Rodgers took the helm and there have been reports that he was looking to get away but he claims that is not the case.
Matejovsky told the Post: "I want to be at Reading and I want to play.
"If I'm not playing then I can't be happy, but I want to play here and help the team.
"Maybe I'll play the next game or maybe I'll be in the stands. I don't know. It's a question for the gaffer.
"I want to play well and help the team, but if we're losing then the gaffer will of course make changes."
