Royals fire winger transfer warning

Reading have told Sheffield Wednesday they will have to increase their offer if they wish to sign Michail Antonio.
The Owls are keen to land the winger who impressed while on loan at Hillsborough last season but they have already failed with an offer of £700,00 and have been told they will have to raise it.
Antonio is still in the plans of Reading boss Brian McDermott for now and played the second half as the two sides went head-to-head in Portugal last night.
Wednesday won the game 2-0 and afterwards officials from both clubs discussed the 22-year-old's future. Royals director of football Nick Hammond has told Wednesday they will have to raise their offer and says the player is staying put unless their valuation is met.
"The ball is in their court," Hammond revealed. "We are in no rush to sell Michail and there are plenty of clubs who are interested in him. We're having a good look at him over these 10 days in Portugal and at the moment he is very much part of our squad."
