Cresswell back for Millers
Rotherham United,
Last updated:
Defender Ryan Cresswell will return to the Rotherham side as they bid farewell to Don Valley against Northampton.
The centre-back missed last weekend's 2-2 draw with Aldershot as he was serving a one-match suspension but he is now ready to return to the back-four as the Millers play their last game in Sheffield.
Left-back Tom Newey begins a one-match ban following his red card against the Shots, so Scott Griffiths, Sam Wood or Dale Tonge will deputise.
Michael Raynes has recovered from a hamstring injury, but boss Steve Evans is not likely to start with the defender, while striker Lewis Grabban (virus) faces a late assessment.
Don Valley has been the Millers' home for four years following their decision to leave Millmoor in 2008, but they will return home next season as they move to the brand new 12,000-seater New York Stadium in the heart of the town.
