Leeds Rhinos coach Brian McDermott is relishing the prospect of locking horns with Super League table-toppers Wigan Warriors.

The defending champions welcome Shaun Wane's early-season pace-setters buoyed by a Magic Weekend win against local rivals and in-form Bradford Bulls.
McDermott was critical of his players in the wake of the Etihad Stadium showpiece, insisting the Rhinos could not hope to go the entire season relying on the heroics of Danny McGuire, but said Friday's visit to Headingley of injury and suspension hit Wigan was a chance to send out a positive message.
He told the official club website: "They are in outstanding form at present and will be a big challenge for us. I am sure every coach in Super League will know what Wigan do but stopping them is a different matter.
"What Wigan do, they do very well and you only had to watch the first 20 minutes against St Helens to see them at their best, executing their plan to perfection."
McDermott added Leeds had the perfect excuse to send out a warning to their Super League play-off rivals against Wigan - and Warrington Wolves next.
He added: "It is very important that we look to build momentum over the next few weeks. We have got Wigan this week and then Warrington the following week which are two very tough challenges. This is an important stage of the season for all clubs and I am sure all teams will be hoping to put a run together in the next few months."
