Three players will be making their international debuts after England coach Steve McNamara named his side to face the Exiles.
Wigan Warriors youngster Josh Charnley, who is the leading try-scorer in Super League this season with 22, will start on the wing with Leeds Rhinos powerhouse Carl Ablett playing inside him at centre.
Charnley's team-mate Lee Mossop has also been named on the bench for the opening match in the International Origin series against Exiles at Langtree Park.
"Josh has been in scintillating form with Wigan and deserves his place in the team," McNamara said.
"I have been pleased with the partnership he is forging with Carl Ablett and they are looking a formidable pairing on the right."
Sean O'Laughlin and Danny Tickle form a new-look back-row with the recalled Gareth Hock, while Warrington centre Ryan Atkins also returns to the starting XIII.
