Myler wants to make progress

Rugby League, 12:12, June 16, 2009 ,

Salford's emerging England star Richie Myler has promised his game will not be distracted by speculation about a future move.

A number of Super League's powerhouses have been credited with an interest in the 19-year-old half-back after he grabbed 30 points in England's 66-12 win against France.
Myler has a year left on his contract with Salford and, while flattered by growing interest from a number of the game's big guns, has said he will keep his feet on the ground.
He said: "I've got one more year on my contract at Salford and I'm just leaving all contract talks down to my agent [Martin Offiah].
"I've just got to keep playing well and hopefully reap the rewards."
