Smith delighted with young England stars

England Rugby League coach Tony Smith admits he couldn't have asked for more after his side demolished France 66-12 on Saturday night.
Smith fielded a young and relatively untried line-up in Paris against a similarly under-strength French side as he looked for a boost following their poor World Cup campaign last October.
His players responded by scoring 12 tries, including a hat-trick from 19-year-old Salford scrum-half Richie Myler, who also completed nine conversions to take his points tally for the game to 30.
Speaking after the game Smith said: "It didn't surprise me - they pretty much played the way they trained all week.
"They've been good off the field and great on the field, so I'm really pleased for them.
"There were some terrific combinations right across the field. I couldn't have asked for too much more."
