St Helens captain Paul Wellens has admitted his side have a tough test on their hands when they face Warrington Wolves on Monday.
The improving Saints came out on top in the last Super League encounter between these two strong sides, with a 28-16 win at the Halliwell Jones Stadium. Monday's derby clash will see second place Wolves take on third placed St Helens, and Wellens knows his side will be in for a tough battle for the two points against their rivals. He told BBC Radio Merseyside: "Since this stadium was built, you look forward to nights like a local derby against Warrington. "I'm sure it will be a really entertaining game and the atmosphere will be brilliant. "They've got a lot of experience, with the likes of Michael Monaghan and Lee Briers. When they play well, that's when Warrington really are ticking."
