Bath fly-half Olly Barkley is considering leaving the club to join French Top 14 side Racing Metro 92.
Reports in France today say Bath owner Bruce Craig has already agreed the transfer with Racing president Jacky Lorenzetti and are now waiting for Barkley to decide on his future.
Barkley, 30, has been a key part of the Bath side that has won of two of their first three Aviva Premiership games but could now be lining up a shock exit from the club where he has spent most of his career.
The England international made his debut for Bath in 2001 and has been a loyal servant to the club ever since, despite joining Gloucester for a year in 2008.
Barkley had then decided he wanted a new challenge in his career and could be about to make a similar move, this time to Paris-based Racing who finished sixth in the Top 14 last season.
