Deans could bring Giteau back

Robbie Deans says he is unsure whether or not he'll bring Matt Giteau back into the Australia squad after the player offered to return.
The 92-Test veteran famously fell out with coach ahead of last year's World Cup, leading to his exclusion from the squad for the tournament and he further damaged the pair's relationship by berating the 53-year-old on a social networking website.
Giteau has since moved to France to play with big-spending Toulon and has struck up a superb relationship with former England star Jonny Wilkinson.
On the other hand, his former team have struggled for form and have often looked bereft of ideas in attack.
The Wallabies currently have a policy of not picking players who are competing overseas and after being offered Giteau's services, Deans is unsure if he and the selectors will pick him for the autumn internationals.
"It would be a big precedent, it would be something that, if they considered it, they wouldn't take lightly," Deans told the Sydney Morning Herald. "More importantly we've got a couple of good blokes here."
