Gloucester flanker eyes improvement

Gloucester veteran Andy Hazell says his side need to massively improve their performances if they are to make the play-offs.
The Cherry and Whites are currently a team in transition following the summer arrival of coach Nigel Davies from the Scarlets and have made a solid start to the campaign, earning seven points from their opening three games.
However, they have struggled to take a number of their chances and the boss criticised their wastefulness after Sunday's draw at Worcester.
Hazell admits that they need to buck their ideas up but believes Davies is the perfect man to turn their fortunes around.
"We've just got to get stronger tactically. We're coming away from home and as a squad we're expecting to win, and that's improvement," he said. "Nigel said he couldn't fault the commitment or the work-rate, but that now we need to get smarter. The urgency was great, but we've got to wise up a bit.
"Nigel's completely different from any coach I've had before. It's re-energised me and I'm absolutely loving it," he added.
