Ireland head coach Declan Kidney is optimistic about his side's chances ahead of their first Test against New Zealand on Saturday.

The Irish endured a below par Six Nations campaign following a disappointing World Cup in New Zealand last year and will be keen to make improvements this summer.
Now the Irish are back Down Under and will be looking to cause an upset against the world champions, when the two sides meet in Auckland this weekend.
Kidney has admitted a tough challenge awaits his side against the All Blacks but believes his team are more than capable of causing a major upset this summer.
He said: "I think when you're playing the world champions in their own back yard, first game after the World Cup you need to be at the top of your game.
"There are no secrets about that, but we believe that if we do that then we are in with a good shout."
