Harlequins are the new Aviva Premiership champions following their 30-23 victory over Leicester Tigers at Twickenham on Saturday.

Quins sealed the win at the Home of Rugby thanks to tries from Tom Williams and the England skipper Chris Robshaw, who led from the front in a gutsy display. Fly-half Nick Evans, who was named as the Aviva Premiership Players' Player of the Season, was once again an influential figure and kicked six penalties and a conversion to give the London outfit the lead. Leicester battled as they always do and, although they also scored two tries in the Grand Final with Steve Mafi and Anthony Allen both crossing the whitewash, the Tigers failed to claw back the deficit. Harlequins held on to secure a deserved victory, as they become just the third team in the history of the play-offs to top the table at the end of the regular season and go on to win the Grand Final.
