Wales captain Sam Warburton insists he is fit and ready for the three-Test tour of Australia next month.
The flanker has been sidelined since the final fixture of Wales' Grand Slam-winning Six Nations campaign against France in March.
The 23-year-old insists he is now fully recovered from his shoulder injury and is ready for the tour of Australia.
He said: "I feel good. Earlier this week I did a session with some upper body circuits, and I did some contact pad work and have had no issues so far. The physios and I are very happy."
He added: "The physios said they will judge it on how I feel functionally when I am training, so if I am happy with it and I can take part in contact with no pain then happy days. We covered some contact today and I had no qualms about it."
Wales first Test against Australia takes place on Saturday June 9, with the second on June 16 and the third on June 23.
