Accies sign McShane

Hamilton Academicals have completed the signing of striker John McShane from St Mirren on a two-year-deal.

The 20 year old frontman scored nine goals in 18 games last season during a loan spell at New Douglas Park and, after a deal was discussed at the end of last season, everything has now been signed and sealed. Accies boss Billy Reid said: "I am glad that everything is now in place. Jon really impressed me during his time here and had a good goal to game ratio. I am looking forward to seeing him build on that next season."
