Blue Brazil sign Stevenson

First Division new boys Cowdenbeath have confirmed the signing of midfielder Jamie Stevenson from Airdrie United.

The 27-year-old, who was on Aberdeen's books as a youngster, had spells at Alloa, Morton and East Stirling before he joined the Diamonds in September 2010 and did enough while there to impress Cowdenbeath boss Colin Cameron, who is looking to build a squad capable of remaining in the First Division after last season's Second Division championship success.
