Dundee striker Carl Finnigan says he has unfinished business as he targets promotion to the SPL with his new club.
Finnigan made a big impact for the Dark Blues on loan from St Johnstone towards the end of last season, hitting three goals in five appearances before knee surgery cut his campaign short.
The former Newcastle United trainee last week signed a permanent deal with Dundee and is looking forward to building on his encouraging start for the club.
"I'm delighted to be back here on a permanent basis. It was a breath of fresh air coming here on loan because I wasn't having the best of times at St Johnstone," said Finnigan.
"I was just praying I'd done enough here to get the chance to come back. There's unfinished business here. By the time I arrived last season Ross County had run away with the title. I can't wait for a fresh start."
