Morton manager Allan Moore has revealed injured defender Scott Taggart could be available for Saturday's trip to leaders Dunfermline.
The 20-year-old missed Morton's 3-1 victory over Partick Thistle on October 6 after suffering a freak injury. Taggart stood on broken glass which pierced the sole of his training shoe and left him with a deep gash on his foot.
Moore has told the former Hibernian man he faces a fight to regain his place in the side.
"It was a new injury to me but it was a shame to lose Scott as he has been playing really well," said the Morton boss.
"Craig Reid came in against and used his experience really well, and if Scott is ready for the Dunfermline game I will have a nice problem to solve."
