Pars sign up Moroccan youngster

Dunfermline boss Jim Jefferies has confirmed the signing of El Bakhtaoui Fayssal as he continues to re-build his squad.

The Moroccan recently left French side Racing Club de la Baice and after impressing on trial at East End Park has now been handed a one-year-deal. The experienced coach has seen a whole host of players leave the club this summer following his side's relegation last term and has struggled to replace a number of his stars. However, he feels he's pulled off a real coup with the signing of the young left-back and is expecting big things from him, once he's settled in the country. "He is a talented kid and we will see the best of him once he settles into Scottish football," Jefferies said.
