Partick defender eyes milestone

Partick Thistle captain Alan Archibald is gearing up for his 400th appearance for the First Division club.
Archibald, who made his debut for Thistle in 1997, is currently in his second spell at the club after he joined Dundee United in 2003 after impressing in central defence for Partick.
Archibald, who has scored nine goals for the Glasgow club, returned in 2007 and plans to move into coaching after he finishes playing.
Partick are marking the milestone appearance as 'Archie Day' for the 34-year-old defender when he faces Falkirk at Firhill on Saturday.
