Raith seal Clarke signing

Raith have announced the signing of striker Pat Clarke on a permanent deal following his release by Dunfermline.

Clarke previously played for Rovers during the 2005-06 season before re-joining them on loan in January after failing to establish himself at East End Park in the early part of the campaign. The forward produced a string of impressive performances during his latest spell at Stark's Park and manager John McGlynn is understandably delighted to have got his man. "Pat did very well for us in our good run at the end of the season that saw us move up to seventh place," McGlynn said. "He is a good team member both on and off the park and a proven goalscorer. It would be great if he could start where he left off."
