Dundee boss Barry Smith has praised champions Ross County for their 'adaptability' throughout the season.
County have dominated the Scottish First Division this season and currently lead the table by 20 points from Smith's side who sit in second place. However, their success hasn't come without its critics, with many of their detractors claiming that they are long-ball merchants who only know one way to play. Smith has laughed off these suggestions and says that the Staggies are the best in the division because they can adapt their style better than any of their rivals. "The game is about winning," he said. "Everyone would like to get the ball down and play but, in certain games, it is maybe not on. "Ross County have been good at that. If they have been able to play, they've played. If not, they have been able to change their game."
