Staggies chairman praises team

Ross County chairman Roy MacGregor has applauded his side after watching them go 33 games unbeaten in the Scottish First Division.

Derek Adams' Staggies won their final home game of the season in style, recording an emphatic 5-1 victory over Hamilton, and MacGregor heaped praise on the players and management for an incredible season.
He said: "What a magnificent effort it has been from every one of our players and our management team.
"They deserve all the praise in the world for the consistency they've shown. I was also thrilled to be able to invite so many of our club greats from the past to take a bow before kick-off."
Ross County travel to bottom club Queen of the South on the final day of the season before planning for next season's SPL campaign.
