Airdrie United have completed the signings of goalkeeper Kenny Arthur and defender David Lilley.
Arthur, who played with Partick Thistle for 11 years, has returned to Scotland after five years playing in England for Accrington Stanley, Rochdale and Grimsby, but the 33-year-old has now opted for the Diamonds.
Airdrie boss Jimmy Boyle has also convinced former Queen of the South, Aberdeen, Partick Thistle and Kilmarnock stopper Lilley to remain as a player despite securing a full-time job outside of football.
Boyle said: "We are happy to say that a deal has been worked out that will keep David here as both him and Kenny will be very important players for us next season.
"They have loads of experience but they are also the type of players that have a positive impact in the dressing room around younger players."
