Forfar manager Dick Campbell has urged his struggling side to recapture their never-say-die spirit as they bid to avoid the drop.

Two consecutive defeats - the latest a 4-1 home reverse at the hands of East Fife- have plunged Forfar closer to relegation. The Loons sit just two points off the bottom after basement sides Albion and Stirling both picked up crucial points last weekend. Speaking after last Saturday's defeat, Campbell said: "I'm embarrassed by that. We had bottom of the league written all over us. "We are well aware we are deep in relegation trouble. We did not look today like we were up for the fight and need to turn that around." Forfar have four games to secure their survival, starting with a trip to second-placed Arbroath on Saturday.
