Sinclair excited by Ayr move

New Ayr signing David Sinclair believes he will be a perfect fit for the club after joining from Livingston.

The 21-year-old central midfielder, who made over 90 appearances for the First Division club, was delighted to sign for The Honest Men and says he is particularly looking forward to linking up with manager Mark Roberts. "I spoke to Marko and he sold the club really well," said Sinclair. "I was impressed with the way the manager aims to play football as his football philosophy suits my playing style." Roberts was excited to secure his second signing in two days, following the arrival of Austin McCann. "He's young but he's already had the experience of winning titles which is great and he wants to come here and win another league title. That is excellent as it means that we have players in the team that are hungry for success," said the Ayr boss.
