Striker Danny Handling says he would be happy to return to Berwick next season, following a successful loan spell at the club.
The Hibs youngster moved to Shielfield Park in March and scored an amazing seven goals in seven games, to help the Borderers to finish seventh in the league. Handling says he has enjoyed his time with Berwick and admits that he would welcome the opportunity to return next season. "I never in my wildest dreams expected to come to Berwick and hit a run of scoring form like that," Handling said. "I suppose I didn't really know what to expect when I first arrived, but I settled in very quickly. "The players, the management and the supporters have all been great and if I get the chance I would like to come back and play here again because it's a great little club," he added.
