Hartley eyes further glory

Paul Hartley says that Alloa will be looking to kick on from their recent promotion and are targeting a place in the first division.

Hartley only took over at Recreation Park last May, following the Wasps' relegation from the second division and has transformed the side, leading them to the third division title. The former Scotland international believes their success this season will be the start of something big for the club and says he won't be content until he's led them to the first division. "The chairman is ambitious for this club to be in the First Division, but we will look to do well in the Second first of all," he said. "I have already re-signed a number of players and have been working on things ever since we won the title four weeks ago."
