Elgin boss Ross Jack was full of praise for his side after they clinched a play-off spot with a 2-1 victory over Montrose on Saturday.
Craig Gunn and Archie MacPhee's goals secured Elgin's first win in five league games and fourth spot in the Third Division.
"It's fantastic. We maybe should have had the job done before now but I'm delighted we've made it. A lot of hard work has got us there," said Jack.
Jack's counterpart Ray Farningham wants his side to replicate Elgin's achievement next season.
"I would like to congratulate Elgin on making the play-offs. That's where we're aiming to be next season," said the Montrose boss.
Elgin will face either Forfar or Albion in the play-offs.
