Alloa loan star Stevie May says he is grateful for Alloa Football Club who have given him the best campaign of his career.
The on-loan St Johnstone striker has scored 17 goals in as many games for the Wasps, helping them on their way to becoming Division Three champions. May thanked Alloa and manager Paul Hartley for his time at the club and believes the boss has the potential to go all the way. He told the Daily Record : "The manager has been great. He knows his stuff and it looks as if he will have a good managerial career. "This is the first season when I have played week in, week out and to get a title so early on in my career is great because I know chances like this don't come along often. "It's the best campaign of my career."
