Stranraer pair stay on

Stranraer pair David Mitchell and Grant Gallagher have extended their stays at Stair Park.

The duo become the latest members of last season's squad to commit their future to the club, with both players signing on for another year. Goalkeeper Mitchell has made 110 appearances for the club in the past three seasons and will continue as Stranraer's No.1. Gallagher, who can play in midfield or at the back, has enjoyed two seasons at the Third Division outfit, making 77 appearances. The 21-year-old became an important member of Stranraer's midfield last season and scored his first two goals for the club.
