Montrose manager Stuart Garden has appointed former Scotland international Lee Wilkie as his new assistant.

Wilkie will join Garden and George Shields as part of the Links Park coaching team having given up his position as a football agent. Wilkie was forced to retire from playing in 2010 due to a persistent knee injury.
"I'm absolutely delighted to get him as assistant manager as he's got so much experience as an ex-player," said Garden.
Wilkie added: "I'm really excited. This is my first step into the management side of things so I'm really looking forward to it.
"I watched a lot of Montrose last season and I think they have the potential to get further up the league. They have a great bunch of players and an excellent set up."
