Dalziel bemoans luck
Scottish Division 2,
Brechin striker Scott Dalziel felt John Gemmell was the difference between winning and losing on Saturday.
The Stenhousemuir forward produced a deadly display to sink Brechin at Ochilview, their second victory over the Hedgemen in as many weeks.
It looked as if Jim Weir's side were going to take a share of the spoils after Andy Jackson equalised Gemmell's first-half opener.
However, Gemmell struck two thunderous free-kicks to seal the points late on and take home the match ball. Dalziel felt the 3-1 scoreline was harsh on Brechin.
"It's a sore one because on our second-half showing, we could have won. But when your luck is out it's out and there's nothing you can do when a striker scores three like that," he said.
