Knox happy to use youngster

Stranraer boss Keith Knox has admitted that he will have no fears in using 16-year-old striker Adam Forde in his team this season.

Forde has come through the youth system at Stair Park and Knox is delighted with what he has seen from the youngster. "Adam is only 16 and we have used him sparingly in our Cup games but I will have no hesitation in using him for league games. It is a case of if you are good enough you are old enough with him," Knox said. "He scored goals in pre-season games and I am sure he will do it once he is involved at a competitive level."
