Millen to coach Brechin

Brechin have added former St Mirren and Queen of the South assistant manager Andy Millen to their coaching staff for the new season.

Millen left the Doonhamers just before the end of last season and joins the Glebe Park outfit after helping manager Jim Weir and his assistant Kevin McGowne out in pre-season. The 47-year-old played for 10 clubs during his long playing career and Weir believes that experience will be invaluable to his side. "I am delighted to have someone with Andy's experience on board. I have known him a long time and my assistant Kevin McGowne has known him even longer so we know what he can bring to a club," he said.
