Second Division Stranraer were dumped out of the Scottish Communities League Cup in stunning fashion by Livingston on Saturday.
Marc McNulty hit a hat-trick as Livingston cruised to victory at Stair Park, with Jordan Morton (two), Iain Russell (two) and Kevin McCann also netting.
Livingston went ahead after 17 minutes and did not look back, McNulty crossing for Morton to sweep home from 12 yards. McNulty doubled the lead in the 23rd minute when he finished from a Russell pass.
Russell then drilled a shot into the top corner from inside the area six minutes before half-time, before turning provider on the hour, crossing for McCann to finish.
McNulty added his side's fifth from close range and Russell netted his second with 10 minutes remaining, before McNulty secured his hat-trick from the edge of the area.
Morton completed the rout with a spectacular 20-yard shot with time running out.
