Elgin boss Ross Jack feels his players are ready for Rangers after continuing their encouraging start to the season at East Stirling.
First-half goals from Brian Cameron, Craig Gunn and Ross O'Donoghue put the Highlanders in full control at the interval at Ochilview Park on Saturday. Dennis Wyness extended Elgin's lead after the break before Kevin Turner struck a consolation moments later. The Division Three leaders travel to Rangers on Sunday and Jack is determined to lay down a marker. "Our first-half performance was outstanding. We created chance after chance today and probably missed more than we scored," said the Elgin chief. "We will go to Ibrox next week and enjoy it but we won't be parking the bus. If we are going to lose we'll lose in the right way."
