Peterhead boss Jim McInally believes midfielder Scott McLaughlin will add much-needed experience to his squad.

McInally managed McLaughlin during his time in charge of Morton and has taken the 28-year-old to Balmoor on a two-year deal.
McLaughlin began his career at Livingston, where he picked up a winner's medal in the 2004 Scottish League Cup final victory over Hibernian.
He spent time on loan with Morton in 2005 and subsequently made the move permanent, before spells at Airdrie and Ayr. McLaughlin joins Peterhead from Queen of the South.
"I know Scott well and he will add some much-needed experience to the midfield. He is a player of high quality and will be a good character to have at the club," McInally said.
"He had been made offers by several other sides but he has made the decision to come to Peterhead, which I think is fantastic."
