Montrose sign duo

Montrose have signed midfield duo Paul Watson and Craig McLeish on free transfers.

The Third Division club welcome Watson back to Links Park for his third spell.
The 26-year-old joined Montrose on loan whilst playing for Arbroath and Forfar Athletic and rejoins the club after leaving Peterhead, where he failed to secure a first-team place and ended last season on loan at St Andrews United.
McLeish, 22, scored one goal in 19 appearances for Stirling Albion in the Second Division last season.
The left winger also had a loan spell at Dumbarton earlier in his career after coming through the youth ranks at Falkirk and chooses to join Montrose ahead of Third Division rivals Queen of the South, where he has been spending pre-season training.
