Defender hit by ban blow

Marcus Williams will have to serve a three-match ban after Scunthorpe decided not to appeal against his red card.
The defender picked up a straight red card against Crystal Palace on Saturday and although boss Nigel Adkins felt the decision was harsh, the club say they will not appeal.
Williams will now miss the next three games starting with Tuesday night's clash against promotion chasing West Brom.
