Scunthorpe could face a battle to keep hold of striker Gary Hooper as Burnley are reportedly keen on the player.
Former Iron boss Brian Laws is now in charge of the Clarets and reports claim he could make an approach for Hooper before the closure of the transfer window.
The 21-year-old has been a revelation for the Iron this season and Laws could be ready test Scunthorpe's resolve by making a £1.5million offer.
