Esteban Cambiasso has become the latest Inter Milan player to back interim coach Andrea Stramaccioni to be given the job full-time.
The 36-year-old was a surprise choice to lead the team following the exit of Claudio Ranieri, having never coached in Serie A before but the Nerazzurri are unbeaten since he took charge, taking 11 points from a possible 15.
Cambiasso believes the young manager has shown he's good enough for the role during his short stint in charge and has backed him to be appointed on a permanent basis.
"As you know I'm not fond of speaking about coaches," he told Inter Channel. "But what I can say is that we're trying to put in our best performances, and like in the business world, there are great managers who aren't necessarily old. If you're good enough, you're old enough."
