Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar says victory against local rivals AC Milan would go some way to atoning for a 'horrible season'.

The two sides meet at the San Siro on Sunday and are both desperate for the points, with Inter needing to win to keep their Champions League hopes alive while the Rossoneri know victory could see them overtake Juventus at the top of the table.
Inter have had a shocking campaign by their standards but Brazilian international Cesar says all could be forgiven if they beat their great rivals.
"We feel a sense of responsibility towards our fans," the Brazil international explained. "That's another reason why we're determined to win: so that even though this season hasn't been fantastic - actually it's been horrible - the fans have something to be happy about."
