Siena striker Mattia Destro says it would be an "honour" for him to partner Miroslav Klose at Lazio next season.
The Italian Under-21 international, who is co-owned by Genoa, is looking for a new challenge after spending this term on loan at Stadio Artemio Franchi. He has been linked to a number of top clubs and looks set for big things after scoring his 11th goal in 28 Serie A games in the 1-1 draw with Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico on Wednesday night. But before he can find a new employer, the 21-year-old wants to make sure he ends the current campaign in a positive way. "I want to end this season in the best possible manner," he said. "After that I'll think about everything else. Once the campaign has come to an end then I will evaluate what options are available to be. "Me and Klose in attack? He's a great champion and it would be an honour to play alongside him."
