Guarin happy to stay with Inter
Fredy Guarin insists he is happy to have joined Inter in January after turning down the chance to move to Juventus.
The former Porto midfielder had been heavily linked with a move to Turin during the winter transfer window, but opted for the Nerazzurri instead. The two clubs' fortunes have differed this term, with Juve challenging for the Scudetto and Inter failing to hit the heights. Inter paid 1m euros for the six-month loan, but have an option to buy outright at the end of the season for 13m euros. And the Colombian international schemer insists he is happy and would like to stay. "I said it when I arrived and I have no problems reaffirming it," he said. "Inter are the team I liked before coming here and now that I am at San Siro, I don't want to leave. "I thought about the Inter jersey and dreamed of it, so now I am wearing it I have no intention of taking it off."
